Seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our brand new upscale Mediterranean restaurant. Play a pivotal role launching this premier dining concept, coordinating all front / back-of-house functions to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage staff, control costs, hire / train a team of 40 60 employees, and drive revenue growth.

Restaurant Manager Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of food / beverage service standards
• Keen financial / operational management skills
