Restaurant Manager Requirements / Responsibilities :

• Experience Required : Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced, upscale / fine dining setting
• People Skills : Must be driven by a passion for people and an excellent communicator
• Industry Knowledge : Must have deep knowledge of fine food and wine; ServSafe and TABC certifications required
• Leadership : Direct a team of up to 40 staff members
• Sales Focus : Continuously drive and build restaurant sales
• Guest Experience : Ensure top-quality guest service
• Team Engagement : Work closely with the team daily, providing coaching and guidance
