Restaurant AGM Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and develop team.

• Build rapport with Team Members and Guests with a "Whatever it Takes." approach.

• Have a keen eye for Quality; SCRATCH food menu.

Restaurant AGM Qualifications:

• Impeccable Integrity

• 1-3 years of Hospitality Management in a Casual Dining restaurant or similar.

• Hands-on with guests and team.

• Strong Leadership qualities- communication and flexibility are a MUST!

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Servant-Leadership; Hands-on approach. MUST be Friendly and Interactive.
