A stable, third-generation agency is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing firm.

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Build relationships and resolve problems for customers
• Compare applications, quotes, and policies to ensure accuracy
• Issue and reviews binders, auto ID cards, COIs, etc.
• Process change requests
• Support insureds with coverage and billing questions

• 5 years experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing role within personal lines
• Absolutely great attitude, willing to wear different hats, excited to learn and make a difference
• Active GA P&C license
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred
