Local multi-concept Upscale restaurant is searching for a Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef. Fresh high-quality ingredients require great execution, we are looking for a hands-on leader to drive results.

Kitchen Manager Compensation and Benefits :

• Base salary of 70k
• Relocation assistance is 3 months of temp housing.
• Healthcare stipend up to 6k
• Growing enterprise
• No crazy late nights and get a weekend day off every week!
• This role has some creative elements, but there is a core menu in place.

Kitchen Manager Requirements

• 3 years with a full-service restaurant in KM or EC role.
• Stable work history.
• Current ServSAFE certification
• Passion for the growth and development of your team

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities :

• Manage costs.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships.
• Develop and coach your team.
• Live company standards
