Roles and Responsibilities of Fresh Managers :

• Spearhead and oversee all facets of fresh department operations within the grocery store, spanning sales, merchandising, inventory oversight, and customer satisfaction
• Devise and implement strategies to drive sales, expand market share, and meet financial objectives
• Cultivate and lead a dynamic team, covering recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture
• Analyze key performance indicators to pinpoint areas for enhancement
• Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications for Fresh Managers :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an AGM or Fresh Manager capacity, with a strong background in the food market sector
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of steering and motivating teams toward operational excellence
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, skilled in engaging with employees, customers, stakeholders, and vendors
• Financial acumen, capable of dissecting financial reports, crafting budgets, and adeptly managing expenses
