Director of Food and Beverage Benefits and Qualifications :

• Salary $95k to 100k range / Plus Bonus
• Vacation / PTO / Medical, dental, vision, 401K.
• Relocation benefits, if applicable.
• Excellent managerial skills, ability to manage multiple outlets, Microsoft Office skills, and accounting skills / financial acumen.
• Minimum of 5 7 years in a leadership role within a full-service Food and Beverage / hospitality environment. Proven experience in a similar role.

Volume Banquet experience.

• Must have exceptional communication and leadership skills as well as being friendly, outgoing, and courteous.
• Valid Driver’s License

Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities :

• Recruiting, hiring, training, development, accountability, and evaluations of the staff and management team
• Focus on delivering excellent service, and overall guest experience.
• Mentor, coach, and support all managers and supervisors to ensure their development and success.
• Create an atmosphere that will attract and retain qualified associates based on the company’s values.
• Review and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-effective strategies.
