Seeking a Passionate Director of Food and Beverage willing to move to Southwest Michigan. Director of Food and Beverage Benefits and Qualifications:

• Competitive Salary of $95,000 to $100,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
• Comprehensive Benefits Include vacation/PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
• Relocation Support: Moving expenses covered to help you transition to Southwest Michigan smoothly.
• Experience Required is 5-7 years in a leadership role within a full-service Food and Beverage/hospitality environment, including significant banquet management.
• Skills: Strong managerial capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid grasp of accounting and financial management.
• We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and courteous, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee the recruiting, hiring, training, and development of staff and management, ensuring high standards of accountability and performance.
• Service Excellence: Maintain a focus on delivering superior guest experiences and excellent service across all operations.
• Leadership Development: Mentor, coach, and support managers and supervisors, fostering their growth and success within the company.
• Culture and Retention: Cultivate a workplace atmosphere that attracts and retains top talent, aligned with our company values.
• Financial Oversight: Manage and review budgets carefully, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
