CNO Developer Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance (or SCI eligibility) and willingness to undergo a full-scope polygraph in the future
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics
• Proficiency in C, C , and Python programming languages
• Extensive experience in reverse engineering software on both Windows and Linux platforms
• Knowledge of Intel x86 and x64 architecture
• Familiarity with software development processes and tools such as Git, Make, CMake, Visual Studio,and others
• Expertise in reverse engineering PSP/AV (anti-virus) products and understanding of their interactions with operating systems
• Proficiency in reverse engineering tools like IDA, WinDbg, Radare, Binary Ninja, and similar software suites
• Strong understanding of the Linux and Windows operating systems and their internal mechanisms
• LCAT 5 (Highest Senior Level Profiles) requires a Master's degree with 10 to 12 years of experience or a PhD with 5 years of experience, with a base salary starting at $300,000 or above
• LCAT 4: Requires 8-10 years of experience with a Master's degree or 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, with a base salary ranging from $275,000 to $280,000

CNO Developer Role:

• Engage in reverse engineering of PSP/AV (anti-virus) products on both Linux and Windows operating systems
• Full-time onsite position located in either Arlington or Dulles, Virginia
