Beverage Director

This iconic New Orleans Restaurant is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Beverage Director to oversee all things beverage, including a 25,000-bottle wine cellar.

Beverage Director Requirements

• Must have passed the Certified Court of Master Sommeliers Exam
• Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and cutting-edge cocktails
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Purchase, receive, store, and inventory beverages per company guidelines

Beverage Director Responsibilities

• Management of beverage all programs
• Oversight of a 25K bottle wine cellar (the second largest in the country)
• Educate service staff on all things beverage
• Beverage ordering, inventory, and proper storage
