You will help m aintain store stock , rotate merchandise, and keep records . You'll help represent the agency to the public through your actions and friendliness and be in a key position in developing ongoing customer relations. You will help h andle donations on the sales floor and work with store management to address loss prevention and safety issues to resolve theft and loss prevention concerns. Assists with basic store janitorial duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.As part of the Goodwill team, you can make a difference! Supports the store's success by welcoming and engaging guests and team members as they enter the store.Assists the management team in maintaining a safety-focused culture by assessing and addressing physical safety concerns throughout the store.Works with store management and loss prevention team to effectively respond to and accurately document security incidents.Works with loss prevention to understand and exhibit de-escalation techniques when addressing customer concerns to ensure a safe and secure environment for the store.Assists in stock rotation, merchandise racks, shelves, and other displays in a presentable manner.Assists store team leadership in the training of new personnel.Assists in maintaining a clean store, cleaning shelves, dusting, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows and mirrors.Assists in compliance with policies and procedures, as well as safety or security measures.Other duties as assigned.Goodwill is an equal opportunity employer.
