The Loss Prevention Safety Specialist focuses on customer service and provides a hands-off approach at Goodwill SoCal locations.
The Safety Specialist monitors surveillance camera systems, secures building, provides reception, administrative and informational services, creates reports and provides exceptional customer service in the process.
This is a full-time position based at Goodwill's Los Angeles Campus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
secures building, Camera surveillance, patrols Campus inside and outside for safety of Ambassadors, trespassing, partner with Regional Loss Prevention Manager, reports incidents, call 911 when needed, de-escalate aggressive guests and Ambassadors, reports transient and dumping issues.
Driving records must be acceptable by our insurance carrier.
