The Wares Processor is responsible for production in the hard lines department. This individual will price and tag / label products according to standard operating procedures. They will also provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment. This position may also be cross-trained and responsible for additional duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. This position is required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous retail experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is usually working in a store environment. At times this employee may be exposed to the outside environment when receiving donations. The employee will also be exposed to the donation processing area which is a warehouse-like environment.
AVAILABILITY:
Must have open and flexible availability, and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

The production rates seen in this description are based on a workweek of 37.5 hours. Varying full time and part time classification production sale expectations will be calculated using the table below.
