Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County is Hiring a Case Manager/ Psychiatric Social Worker II Near Castle, DE

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour
Job Description:

Assist clients with the application process regarding various benefits and services including food benefits, Medicaid, general assistance, childcare, employment, Identification, birth certificates, social security card, and housing.
Follow up on the status of all applications submitted and report all information to the client’s assigned peer.
Work in conjunction with all current and future Bridge Clinic locations, both permanent and mobile, as well as the encampment department.
Submit a weekly case management data sheet to immediate supervisor.
Update the Case Management Analysis Spreadsheet as applications are completed.
