Job Title: Manager, Online Sales and Operations
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas - 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: Based on experience
Work Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday

General Job Duties: Responsible for the selection, training, and management of personnel. Ensure employees understand work rules and address inappropriate activities/behaviors immediately and coordinate corrective action plans with department head and/or Human Resources, if appropriate, to ensure consistency and to encourage and maintain a work environment that is inclusive and positive.
Oversee revenue budget responsibility, driving success and growth in the Online Sales Department
Oversee the daily maintenance and care of the physical store for the purpose of providing a safe, secure and orderly facility to the benefit of employees and clients alike. Must ensure that all safety and first aid training requirements and related reporting are met.
Skills/Qualifications: At least three (3) years’ experience in retail or similar active industry with more than one year’s supervisory responsibilities with leadership skills demonstrated in previous employment and/or position. Highly skilled with Windows PC and operating system, Microsoft Excel and Internet. Experienced in customer focused sales and support environments. Experience with online selling platforms or the have the ability to learn selling platforms quickly. Must be able to multi-task, and work both rapidly and efficiently. Must be able to adapt and manage change. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members, coach/train peers or team members and work with and guide team members with disabilities and disadvantages. Ability to figure percentages and perform simple math computations. Sufficient eyesight and manual dexterity to differentiate between and classify items.
Physical Requirements: Sufficiently mobile to supervise employees in all areas of the workplace and grounds—including the ability to travel to corporate or other locations, as requested. May be required to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively with associates and customers. Ability to bend and twist. Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature, and dust. Must have forklift certification or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, ability to pass drug screen and background check.
