Job Summary: Assist in sorting and shipping operations under supervision, ensuring efficient processing of donated goods.

Essential Functions:

• Thoroughly inspect, clean, and categorize donated items for quality or salvage.
• Prepare merchandise for store shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Maintain accurate records of sorted items and assist with labeling for store inventory.
• Support overall cleanliness and organization in the work area.
