**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Donated Goods/Retail Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with receiving, sorting, pricing, and displaying donated goods in a retail setting.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and carry items of varying sizes and weights.
- Familiarity with working in a retail environment is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Receive, sort, and organize donated goods according to established guidelines.
- Price items accurately based on condition and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking and arranging merchandise.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products.
- Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
- Contribute to a positive work culture by supporting team members and fostering a friendly atmosphere for customers.
