What will you do in this job?

•  Help customers to locate merchandise
•  Maintain the cleanliness and order of the retail sales floor, production area and dressing rooms
•  Stock the retails sales floor with product
•  Assist with store cleaning
•  Answer the phone

Compensation and Benefits for Part-Time Work (less than 30 hours per week):

Starting rate: $18.50 per hour followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $20.81 per hour. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.

• Paid vacation and sick leave accrued based upon hours worked. 
• Eight hours of floating holiday annually, available for use after 90 days of employment
• Additional hours of paid time off based on full or part-time status on the anniversary date
• Access to On Demand Payment.
• If 18 years or older, eligibility to participate in a Retirement Savings Plan (401k or Roth IRA) at the entry dates (January 1st or July 1st). Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or 500-1000 hours each year for three consecutive years.

Work Schedule:

Days and hours are dependent on business needs. Please be aware that the needs of our business include evening and weekend work. Fulltime employment as a Floor Clerk is on average 35 hours per week.
