We are looking to expand an existing team and hire 2 Data Intake Operators!
In-Office contract role M-F [ 1 Saturday a month]
1st shift hours 9:00am to 5:30pm
$17.00 per hour.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Receive and process medical device data
- Upload and enter patient demographics and journal notes using QA software tool
- Complete regulatory documentation
- Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, and Joint Commission standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within
- Process recycling of devices
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- High school education or equivalent required
- Computer proficiency required
- Data entry experience 1-2 years of experience needed
- Strong and consistent work history
- Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization
- Good time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
