We are seeking a dedicated Case Management Specialist to join our team here at Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cases, maintaining accurate records through heavy data entry, and ensuring timely monthly check-ins with employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide resources and support to employees as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate case records through meticulous data entry.
Conduct mandatory monthly check-ins with employees to assess progress, address concerns, and provide support.
Coordinate and provide resources to employees as required, including referrals to external services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
Assist in the development and implementation of case management strategies to meet employee needs and organizational goals.
Stay informed about relevant resources, services, and regulations to better assist employees and provide accurate information.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions and documentation.
Ability to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to individuals seeking personal or professional growth.
Some travel in between offices may be required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry and management, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable navigating and utilizing various software and databases for data entry and case management. Apricot Software experience is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
