Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business or related fieldandfour yearsofretailexperienceprogressive managerial responsibility;orequivalent combinationofeducationandexperience.Physical DemandsWhileperformingthedutiesofthisjob,theemployeeuseshandstofinger,handleorfeelobjects,tools,or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
