Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about workforce development, mentoring, and making a positive impact on individuals' lives. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs - Educate clients on our services and the benefits of partnering with our organization - Provide guidance and support to clients in areas such as social work, addiction counseling, employment labor law, interviewing techniques, working with people with autism, training development, and recruiting - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in business development or sales role - Strong knowledge of workforce development programs and initiatives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Solid understanding of social work principles and practices - Familiarity with addiction counseling resources and techniques - Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications - Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
