Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the success of a retail store by ensuring customer/ contributor service, developing sales, controlling expenses and supervising store personnel.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Meet store sales goals and operate within budgetary guidelinesOversee production and rotation of merchandiseEnsure quality of merchandise and proper pricingEnsure cleanliness of sales floor and entire storeProvide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/ contributor service skillsOversee training and development of store employeesAccountable for daily reports, payroll and daily sales reportsPunctual & dependable attendanceAbide by the policies and procedures as set forth by managementReviews and is familiar with OK Goodwill safety policies, programs and procedures.
