Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant or cafe
- Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met

Skills:

- Experience in coffee or food service management
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Proficient in shift management and team leadership
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Proven ability to train and develop staff effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
