Job Function : Event staff assists in the logistical management of corporate and public events. Their primary responsibilities include preparing venues, setting up chairs and event stages, working as ushers, and operating cash registers.

Preferred Education and Experience :

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Customer service experience required, preferably experience with providing event support.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to effectively and concisely present information and respond to questions from the general public and co-workers.

Schedule :

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Weekend availability

The employee is frequently expected to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs comfortably, use hands to fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

It requires lifting product supplies of up to 50 pounds occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
