- Two or more years as a Bartender, preferably in fine dining, with extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and wine
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have an understanding of state and local liquor laws
- High school or equivalent
- Hospitality and housekeeping: 2 years
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and precision in drink preparation
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and measuring ingredients
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations related to alcohol service
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kegs or cases of alcohol
