Dallas Collision Center is in need of a reliable and personable Client Care Coordinator!

We are an Audi Aluminum and Acura certified repair facility located on the west edge of the design district serving the Dallas area; partnered with Goodson Acura of Dallas and Audi Dallas dealerships. Family owned and operated in Dallas for over 30 years with an outstanding culture and growing team. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri. 7:00am - 4:00pm; rotating Sat. 9:00am- 12:00pm

Job duties Include:

• Interact and greet clients in a timely, courteous and professional manner
• Ensure all customer comfort items are fresh & available for clients at all times
• Fielding phone calls and directing incoming calls or clients to the appropriate repair advisor.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with customer inquiries
• Coordinating tow companies or rental vehicle’s as needed by clients
• Creating and opening repair order’s for client vehicles
• Processing incoming and outgoing customer vehicle paperwork and payments
• Weekly filing of repair documents
• Any additional duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older with valid driver’s license
• Reliable, personable and friendly demeanor
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
• Professional Appearance and work ethic
• Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
• Ability to read and understand basics of repair instructions, written estimates and work orders
• Organizational, able to multi-task; adapt easily to fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Software and ability to learn other computer-based tools
• Prior CCCOne, Reynolds & Reynolds, or automotive related experience a plus!
