Description

In this unique marketing associate role, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to partner with leadership and other associates in a fast-paced work environment by completing administrative, finance and customer facing marketing tasks accurately and on time.

Vendor Related Programs

• Oversee co-op programs by assisting the Marketing Manager in creating the annual budget.
• Monitoring spending, submit claims and process credits, and ensure vendor payments.
• Oversee dealer programs by processing registrations for new dealers, maintain accurate databases, and file correct paperwork.
• Oversee incentive programs and reports quarterly, monthly, and biannually.
• Work with vendors on their marketing needs to help advertise their business.

Accounting

• Monitor respective accounts to ensure spending stays on track.
• Apply credits and invoices to proper accounts.
• Code expenses to general ledger account.
• Monthly review of account statements.
• Tax accounting and general ledger close for EOY.
• Submit claims for marketing and customer appreciation events.

Administrative

• Use an ERP system to invoice and credit customers for promotions, trips, events, and co-op funds.
• Be the main marketing contact for vendor portals and sites.
• Update and maintain company database annually.

Collaboration

• Partner with the digital marketing associate to complete day-to-day tasks.
• Work closely with the print shop and leadership team.
• Be able to adapt and be flexible in assisting with on-a-need basis tasks in order to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer facing marketing experience
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve independently
• Be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to work with and learn different marketing and technology platforms (HubSpot in particular)
• Comfortable speaking and presenting to all levels of leadership
• Experience in event planning (preferred but not required)
