Goodfriend Health Insurance Advisors is Hiring a Health Insurance Agent Near Port Charlotte, FL

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Health Insurance Agents to join our team. As a Health Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling health insurance products and services to individuals, families, and businesses within the state. Your primary goal will be to educate potential clients about various health insurance options, address their needs, and guide them towards selecting the most suitable coverage plans. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people secure their health and financial well-being.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and proactively reviewing their coverage to ensure it remains relevant to their changing needs.

· Networking: Participate in networking events, conferences, and community activities to expand your professional network and generate potential leads.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, insurance carriers, underwriters, and customer service departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve common business objectives.

Requirements:

· Ability to pass a background check

· State Licensing: Possess a valid Florida health insurance license or the ability to obtain one before starting employment. Will work to earn 2-15 license while in and out of office is expected.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

· Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and meet sales targets.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer software, online tools, and CRMs to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.

· Bilingual is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
