Good Care Home Health Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be providing quality home health care to our valued patients and their loved ones. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing clinical processes and services by all legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with the standards of care and quality standards.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Review and analyze clinical data to identify trends, interpret results, and prepare reports to improve patient care services.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements and assist with the accreditation process.
• Foster a positive environment of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements

• Must have a valid Florida state nursing license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care or related field.
• Strong clinical background with knowledge of home health regulations and standards of care.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $73,340.26 - $88,323.75 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
