Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with Tenent Improvement or smaller ground up experience to join our Client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all facets of Tenant improvement construction and a proven track record of completed projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage construction schedules and activities
• Coordinate work with other construction professionals
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors
• Participate in project planning and budgeting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
• Ground-up construction experience is required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in construction software programs
