The Backpacker Store Manager is accountable for all aspects of their store location including hiring and developing a team that upholds all Backpacker Core Values, delivers 5 star customer service, meets stated sales goals, maintains an accurate and effective inventory, upholds loss prevention measures, upkeeps a well-maintained and pleasant facility, communicates needs to other departments, and successfully executes communicated directives. The Store Manager is considered a “full-time†salaried team member and must work a schedule that ensures the success of their team including weekends and holidays. The Store Manager reports directly to the Vice President.
