Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds and outdoor areas. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscaping and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the grounds clean and well-maintained
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and remove weeds
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape
- Water and irrigate plants as needed
- Rake leaves and remove debris from walkways and common areas
- Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots and sidewalks
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Albert Lea, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
