We are a Christian school looking for qualified teachers to join our awesome staff for the 2024-2025 school year! We are looking for teachers in elementary, middle, and high school. We are also looking for elective area teachers -- art and music (both elementary and secondary) PE -- middle and high school.

We are seeking professionals who have a strong Christian testimony and are passionate about a Christian education. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children from diverse backgrounds and varying abilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Personally confess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior
• Instruct students using the ABeka curriculum (will train)
• Demonstrates academic competence in subject area(s)
• Prepare lesson plans, grade papers, manage the classroom, evaluate and give feedback to students and parents.
• Facilitates problem-solving, with a curious mind and critical thinking skills.
• Believes in the capability of all their students to succeed and excel.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, coworkers, and administration.
• Attend conferences and workshops to further advance professional development.
• Maintain the health and safety of all students.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Have excellent classroom management skills.
• Prefer prior classroom experience.
• Ability to use technology.
• Must pass a Level II background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
