Hospice LPN
Named by The Boston Globe for the second year in a row as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks experienced, talented, and compassionate hospice Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. Travel is required for this position. Care is provided in patient’s private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.
Job Responsibilities:
The Hospice LPN provides quality nursing care for all hospice patients following the established plan of care. The ideal candidate understands the importance of providing quality service and compassionate end-of-life care for clients. Is professional, reliable, organized, and demonstrates effective communication skills. Must have demonstrated skills in patient/family evaluations, pain management, symptom control, and communication.
