Job Summary

Performs sales duties such as prospect and referral sales, community outreach and lead generation. Plans and implements strategies to identify potential sales opportunities. Generates and follows through on all sales leads. Adheres to sales quality assessments. Assists in the planning and organization of events targeted towards prospective clients. Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources and community leaders to promote the senior living community. Maintains and reviews customer relationship management database for prospective leads on a regular basis. Reviews key competitor's service offering and market position relative to the needs of potential customer and marketplace demands.

Demonstrates a proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Exhibits strong attention to detail, and must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent preferred.

One year sales experience preferred. Senior housing and healthcare experience preferred.

When applicable, the employee must have a current valid driver s license, and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category III drivers.
