We are currently seeking a FT Quality Coordinator for our service area.

As a Quality Coordinator, you will provide coordination and leadership of professional nursing practice activities leading to exemplary outcomes in quality, safety and service.

Job Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in health care, or a similar field of study required.
• Experience – Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a healthcare setting within a quality or education based role. Experience in a hospice or home health setting preferred.
• Licensure and Certification – Registered Nurse (RN) required with current CPR/BLS certification. Must have a driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record and automobile insurance. CHPN or CPHQ certification preferred.
