*HIRING BONUS* $5,000 if have a current RAC-CT certification or $3,000 for anyone requiring RAC-CT training
Hours: Day Hours, Full-Time, Monday-Friday
On-call and holiday rotation
Starting base pay $30.10 plus:
- an additional $.10/hr for every year of MDS experience up to 20 years
- plus shift differentials: 2nd shift - $4.50/hr, 3rd shift - $5.00/hr
Job Description: Will provide direct nursing care and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with state policies. Work closely with inter-disciplinary team, residents, and families to ensure the development and implementation of an individualized care plan is based on the minimum data set assessment.
Qualifications: Current Illinois RN License required, Resident Assessment Certification (RAC-CT) or willing to obtain, At least 1 year of SNF experience, At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Must have excellent customer services skills.
Wages & Benefits: We offer competitive wages and excellent benefits! RN base salary: $31.10. Plus shift differentials ($4.50 for evening shift, $5.00 for night shift), weekend premiums ($0.56 on Saturdays and Sundays), $1.00 an hour bonus for hours worked, and experience pay. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Full-time benefits include:
