Registered Nurse - Home Health
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform procedures such as gastric lavage, specimen collection processing, ostomy care, and spinal tap
- Assist with medical imaging and airway management
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia and those requiring family planning services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and self-care measures
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Minimum of [number] years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
