Job Description:

Good Guard Security, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer-oriented, and driven to exceed targets. This position offers a competitive base pay of $17 per hour plus commission, providing an opportunity for unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of orders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and surpass targets.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or business administration is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Travel when needed
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for client visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
