Retail Store Manager: Full Time Employment
America’s #1 Arch Support Company is growing and we are looking for the best! The Good Feet Store is searching for an empathetic, committed, energetic, and results-oriented Store Manager that desires a long term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. We are seeking a Store Manager to support the day to day operations of our organization and inspire emloyees to be the best versions of themselves while providing a best-in-class customer experience. Candidate must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and a “can do” attitude. This will be for our new store that is targeted to open around December 15, 2023. Travel to corporate HQ in San Diego, CA is required for first 2 weeks of training.

The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers.
