Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting customers, both walk-ins and appointments, and gather necessary contact information.
• Seamlessly facilitating the first half of the sales process, assisting in understanding customer needs, preferences, and budget. 
• Using AI tools for administrative tasks, providing efficient customer support, and managing customer follow-ups.
• Participating in morning strategy meetings and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Assisting in providing trade-in values, promoting specials, and ultimately helping close deals.

• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Is comfortable using AI technology and CRM systems.
• Has strong administrative skills and is detail-oriented.
• Is self-motivated, extremely organized, and can efficiently manage time.
• Has a knack for handling objections and steering conversations.
• Has a customer-first mindset and a passion for clear communication.

Requirements:

• 5 Years professional experience.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
