Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with general site preparation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
