Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide attentive care and supervision to toddlers

- Collaborate with other caregivers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare or classroom
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with literacy education and early childhood curriculum development
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and provide personalized care
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
