As the Creative Director of Design, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and design direction for our ready-to-wear, denim, and shoe collections. You will drive the development of cohesive and innovative designs that resonate with our target market, set trends, and elevate our brand's positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the design team in developing creative concepts, themes, and collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.
• Drive the overall creative vision and direction for the ready-to-wear, denim, and shoe categories, ensuring consistency and coherence across all product lines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment on design concepts, timelines, and product development strategies.
• Stay abreast of fashion trends, market insights, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and drive innovation in product offerings.
• Oversee the design process from concept development to final product, ensuring quality, fit, and aesthetic standards are met.
• Provide guidance and feedback to designers, fostering creativity, skill development, and a culture of collaboration within the design team.
• Manage the creation of mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and facilitate the sampling and production processes.
• Review and approve samples, prototypes, and final products to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on ready-to-wear, denim, and shoes.
• Proven track record of success as a creative leader in a design role within the apparel industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, creativity, and innovation.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and trend forecasting.

Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
