WHAT IS A CLASS INSTRUCTOR?

The Instructor at Goo Goo Chocolate Co is responsible for hosting chocolate experiences both at the retail location downtown and at off site locations. You’ll need to be energetic, engaging, and fully immersed in the history and details of Goo Goo Chocolate Co. Organization and attention to detail will help run a smooth and engaging experience for our guests.

Skills and Qualifications

• Friendly and Engaging– ability to quickly engage with our Guests to help them have an incredibly fun and memorable experience
• Training—experience with facilitating engaged sessions to groups up to 50ppl, creating an environment of fun, hands on learning
• Organization skills – maintain an organized work environment
• Time management – ability to stay organized and on track
• Physical requirements – you will spend a good deal of time on your feet and should be able to bend, lift, and perform arm and hand movements adequately

Guest Experience and Operations

• Prep, organize, and lead chocolate experiences

• Ensure group event run smoothly and efficiently

• Ensure guest interaction is an engaging Sweet Experience and fun!

• Assist with site visits and FAM tours of Goo Goo Chocolate Co

• Responsible for sharing customer feedback on Experiences with upper management

• Serve as greeter at front of store as needed

• Ensures excellent communication with guests and visitors prior to and upon visits

• Report guest feedback to management in a timely manner

• Attend all training/informative sessions aimed at improving and reinforcing knowledge and understanding of company operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
