Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and support to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill-building and behavior modification
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care practices
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
