The job description is as follows;

- Partner with senior manager to ensure quality patient care.

- Communicate needs within the office to senior manager (scheduling, doctor, patient, staff).

- Oversee all billing within their location.

- Assist senior manager in hiring and training staff.

- Provide direction to staff as needed.

- Assist in payroll edits and approval.

- Employ staff huddle each morning and report back meeting notes.

- Ensure consistent patient flow in the office.

- Maintain point system (this is specific to our region)

- Assist in treatment coordination as needed.
