The Data Center QA/QC Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan that incorporates the policies and procedures necessary to deliver the project fully compliant with the contract documents.

• Assists in developing Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Develops a thorough understanding of project specifications, design, equipment, installations, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
• Develops project-specific QA/QC plans and ensures implementation with the project team.
• Manages deliverables of all L1, L2, L3 QAQC, Testing, and CX coordination.
• Works closely with the project CX Team to close out L4/L5 CX activities.
• Trains and evaluates project QA/QC staff in all Quality related activities on the project.
• Participates in employee onboarding and continued field staff training.
• Coordinates Quality Reviews with project teams and submits reviews to management.
• Performs onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Responsible for reporting all QA/QC activities through project-specific software and internal communications.
• Proactively works with the project team to ensure all installations are installed correctly the first time.
• Performs work onsite with the project team in performing all inspections and reporting.
