Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all aspects of turf and landscape maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of course conditioning.

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to optimize turf health, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and aeration.

• Supervise and lead a team of groundskeepers, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.

• Coordinate closely with the management team to plan and execute course improvement projects and renovations within established budgets and timelines.

• Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and procurement to guarantee proper functionality and longevity of tools and machinery.

• Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in course maintenance and

management.

• Oversee golf course set up, mowing, water management, cultural practices, irrigation repair, irrigation scheduling, record keeping, fertilizer and chemical applications, mechanical assistance, lead small projects, and moisture management.

Qualifications, Competencies & Requirements

Extensive Knowledge of Golf Turf Management

Cultural Fit:

• Hard-working, driven individual who is detail oriented.

• Ability to work in teams or individually.

• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
